Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to business teams , building an Analytics Community of business leaders and individual contributors, inspired by Data and Technology.
• Identify and address gaps in current business processes , proactively suggest
  - driven solutions to streamline workflows, generate value and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the adoption of Self-Service Analytics tools (e. g. , Power BI, Superset, Metabase, etc), enabling business
  - users to independently access, generate, and leverage data insights.
• Drive Data Literacy , through managing onboarding roadmaps, training, and mentoring of business stakeholders, building their confidence and proficiency in Analytics tools.
• Collaborate
  - functionally with Data, Analytics and Tech teams, to ensure development and deployment of reliable Data Products and other Data Platform components.
• Monitor and measure the adoption and effectiveness of Self-Service Analytics solutions , proactively addressing user challenges and continuously improving UX, engagement and value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated business acumen , with experience translating complex business needs into practical,
  - focused analytics solutions.
• Proven experience driving the adoption of Analytics solutions and successfully managing Analytics projects
  -
  - end, including onboarding, training, mentoring, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong expertise in analytics tools (e. g. , SQL and Power BI required; Python, Tableau, Metabase, or Superset advantageous), with the ability and passion to teach and enable others.
• Exceptional communication skills , able to effectively convey complex Data and technical concepts in simple, relatable terms to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven
  - solver , passionate about enabling others through data and analytics, with a natural talent for fostering enthusiasm around analytics and
  - driven transformation.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), skilled in developing clear and effective training and onboarding materials for diverse user groups.
• Background in a STEM degree , relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
