Middle East Marketing Specialist

What You’re Doing
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a part of the Practice Area (PA) marketing team, responsible for the marketing and communication functions of BCG Middle East’s PAs. You will support the team in enhancing BCG’s reputation and strategically positioning key topics that we want to be recognized for within the GCC market through multichannel campaigns aimed at optimizing opportunities to meet business objectives. This includes PR, digital, social media, events, and employee advocacy, with a focus on intellectual property, external reputation, expert positioning, and client engagement. You will work closely with Senior Marketing Specialists, consulting experts, and the wider marketing team to drive the marketing communications agenda and implement new and innovative opportunities to further strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Strategy & Planning
- Support the PA marketing team in enhancing BCG’s regional reputation and influence at both industry and client levels.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Launch and sustain new Intellectual Property (IP) initiatives, including publications, media materials, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure regional alignment with global BCG marketing initiatives by building strong connections with global counterparts.
- Link marketing efforts to commercial goals to support Business Development impact.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and events.
- Monitor, report, and optimize campaigns using data insights and performance metrics.
- Prepare campaign performance and ROI reports, including social media and event analytics.
- Partner with the Marketing OPS team to implement SEO best practices and continuously improve paid and organic campaign performance.
- Events & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key event organizers to enhance BCG’s presence at industry conferences.
- Develop event branding and execution plans for multilevel activations and client engagements.
- Work with external communications agencies to ensure seamless coordination across workstreams.
- Media Relations & Content Production
- Support Partners and spokespeople in preparing for interviews and press launches; coordinate media training when required.
- Create differentiated and impactful social media plans for key initiatives.
- Produce high‑quality multimedia content by collaborating with video and sound production teams.
- Develop innovative marketing assets and experiment with new formats to strengthen BCG’s regional leadership.
- Manage media monitoring and maintain up‑to‑date press coverage reports.
- Internal Communications & Employer Branding
- Drive PA employer branding through internal communication channels to engage and motivate employees.
- Prepare content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and internal campaign announcements.
- Operations & Administration
- Maintain campaign calendars, dashboards, and marketing trackers to ensure smooth project management.
- Manage approval processes, purchase requests, budget tracking, and vendor coordination for marketing expenses.
- Maintain contact databases for media, event organizers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination and documentation management.

What You’ll Bring
- A relevant marketing degree plus a minimum of 5 years of professional B2B experience, including communications and strategic marketing.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business themes in the Middle East.
- An avid interest in storytelling and digital formats.
- Analytical, confirmable assessment of content to extrapolate insights and messaging.
- Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook. - A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
- Management of diverse stakeholders with a focus on service orientation, collaboration, and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be working closely with the Marcomms team, which includes the priority topic/PA marketers, events, internal comms, employer branding, marketing ops, and business development. You will regularly interact with the internal teams, ME leadership, and other colleagues in offices across the BCG network as well as external stakeholders.
