Key Responsibilities:

• Implement campaign optimization strategies for advertising clients

• Develop keyword packages, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

• Analyze performance data at both account and campaign levels

• Create performance reports to inform optimization efforts

• Align optimizations with client objectives across Search, GSN, Mobile, and You
  Tube

• Identify new growth opportunities for client accounts

• Maintain

  - date knowledge of processes and industry best practices

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal account teams

• Recommend operational improvements through innovation and insight

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management

• Ad
  Words Search Fundamentals certification (preferred)

• Previous experience in B2B environments and with online advertising tools

• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with keen attention to detail

• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic

• Technological aptitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes
