Our client is a
- established international fintech company, recognized for its innovative approach to structured investment products and strong presence across multiple global markets. In the context of its continued expansion in Portugal, the company is currently seeking to hire a Middle Office Corporate Actions to join its Operations division.
This position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of corporate actions across a wide range of financial instruments, with a strong emphasis on listed and OTC derivatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Pre-reconciliation and validation of corporate actions data
Processing and adjusting financial products impacted by corporate events
Investigating and resolving cash and securities breaks
Managing and following up on dividend claims related to collateral and securities finance
Daily interaction with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Sales and Reconciliation teams
The selected professional will act as the sole point of contact for Corporate Actions in Portugal, operating with a high level of autonomy while receiving remote support from the Zurich team. Ensuring process continuity, operational integrity and independent
- making will be critical to success.
Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–3 years of
- on experience in Corporate Actions
Strong knowledge of derivatives and corporate event processing
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SOPHIS or VBA is a plus
Proactive,
- oriented, autonomous, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
Fluency in English.
