Your Mission

Based in
Galicia
, you will take on the role of
Milk Sourcing Director
, leading the

- end strategy for raw milk procurement. Your focus will be on building solid,
- term relationships with
dairy farmers
and industry players, ensuring an efficient, stable and sustainable supply model.

You will also be responsible for managing the
sale of surplus raw milk
, identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring optimal profitability.

This position is part of the
Executive Committee
, with a key role in the strategic
- making process of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's raw milk sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate directly with dairy farmers and industry partners to secure volume, quality, traceability, and competitive conditions.
• Build
  - term,
  - based relationships with producers.
• Plan and coordinate milk collection, logistics, and supply to production facilities.
• Monitor performance indicators: costs, margins, quality, and volumes.
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Drive sustainability initiatives such as animal welfare, emission reduction, and regenerative agriculture.
• Lead the
  sale of surplus milk
  , identifying and managing external sales channels.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in
  milk sourcing, dairy procurement
  , or raw milk supply management, ideally with direct interaction with farmers and industry players.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spanish dairy sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in sustainability, food quality, or food safety is a plus.
• University degree in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field.
