The AI Team

The main goal of the AI Team is to leverage AI and ML to provide
- quality clinical care with personalization and scale. In collaboration with clinical teams, we develop ML-powered features that identify the best course of action for each patient, aiming to replicate the experience of a 1:1 session with a Physical Therapist. Projects like “Phoenix” exemplify this approach, and future focus will be on enhancing personalization using Generative AI technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, building, evaluating, and improving AI/ML products;
• Developing data processing pipelines for model data needs;
• Collaborating with Product, Data & Engineering Teams to develop AI/ML features;
• Sharing expertise on ML system development.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning;
• Hands-on experience with ML systems;
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with production software;
• Knowledge of Python data stack (numpy, pandas,
  - learn, etc);
• Quick learner and deep problem solver;
• Strong communication skills for technical and
  - technical audiences;
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in
  - paced environments and wearing multiple hats;
• Experience with data pipelines;
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
