What You’ll Do:

• You’ll be part of the founding engineering team. Playing a critical role in shaping the future of the company together with highly skilled peers.
• Train,
  - tune and run large language models in production tailored for enterprise needs.
• Take initiative and own projects
  -
  - end, making tangible progress independently.
• Keep the company up to date with SOTA models and practices. Quickly design, execute, and analyze experiments, while meticulously documenting results and transforming insights into actionable improvements.

About You:

• Exceptional software engineering skills — everyone at the company writes code; there’s no "research only" role.
• Strong understanding of the limits and possibilities of modern CS, AI, and LLM technology, from H100 GPU capabilities to GPT-4 optimizations and vector database performance.
• A deep curiosity about optimizing and reshaping development workflows and willingness to challenge assumptions in light of new discoveries.
• Ability to translate experimental results into robust, scalable features that enhance our solutions.
• Hands-on experience training and running models in production is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, Chat
  GPT, or similar platforms is a big plus.
