Your mission

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MLOps Engineer to join our team to streamline and scale machine learning workflows, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models and AI agents in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and Dev
Ops teams to bridge the gap between model development and production deployment. Candidates with strong traditional MLOps backgrounds who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning these new technologies are encouraged to apply.

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and LLM-based AI agents.
• Automate model training, testing, and deployment workflows for traditional ML and LLM systems.
• Manage
  - based infrastructure (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML and LLM workloads.
• Optimize resource usage and ensure scalability of ML and
  - based systems.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and agent behavior in production.
• Implement logging, alerting, and rollback mechanisms for AI agents and LLMs.
• Work with data scientists to create products based on models and AI agents.
• Integrate ML models and AI agents into existing applications and services.
• Ensure data privacy, ethical AI usage, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Set up prompt versioning and management systems for LLM applications.
• Design and implement feedback collection mechanisms for agent behavior improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e. g. , Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Scikit-learn, etc. ).
• Experience in deploying models for
  - time or batch environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab CI).
• Understanding of model monitoring tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana, MLflow).
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with feature stores and model registries.
• Experience working with LLM frameworks (e. g. , Lang
  Chain, Llama
  Index).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies.
