Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve the Machine Learning Platform (Python, React, Cosmos
  DB, Kafka, AKS) to support business needs in CRM and platform contexts.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, regression analysis, and other predictive analytics tasks.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems and workflows.
• Enhance platform monitoring features in alignment with Data Science team requirements to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering (DE) and IT teams to identify and utilize data platforms that facilitate the development of data pipelines and feature stores.
• Advance the MLOps discipline to include model versioning (model registry), dataset versioning, and experiment tracking to support an experimentation environment.
• Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment, optimizing resources for efficient and
  - effective machine learning solutions.
• Design and maintain scalable,
  - performance infrastructure required for machine learning projects.
• Work closely with IT and Dev
  Ops teams to manage cloud resources and deployment environments.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on CRM and
  - based solutions.
• Proficiency in developing machine learning models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, and regression analysis.
• Experience with pipeline automation, data flow monitoring, and
  - on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and machine learning tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably within the Azure ecosystem, and programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.
• Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices and tools, with experience in CRM platforms and customer data analytics as an advantage.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency.
• Availability for
  - office collaboration three times a week.
