As our Mobile Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the mobile development efforts across both i
OS and Android platforms. This includes
- on development, technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring a small team of developers. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend and frontend developers to deliver
- quality mobile applications.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for Android and i
  OS.
• Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and testing.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and sprint planning for the mobile team.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of mobile developers as the team grows.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile development with expertise in both Android (Kotlin/Java) and i
  OS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e. g. , MVVM, MVP).
• Experience with
  - platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Excellent
  - solving, organizational, and communication skills.
