This opportunity is designed for a seasoned mobile engineer eager to make a broad impact on digital platforms used by audiences across the globe. The role centers on delivering advanced mobile solutions, ensuring exceptional user experiences at scale, and shaping technical strategies that align with long‑term innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a central role in defining and implementing technical strategies for mobile platforms, influencing the broader engineering direction
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive architectural decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and system integrity
• Guide cross‑functional teams in setting standards for code quality, system design, and reusability across the organization
• Provide hands‑on leadership in evaluating build‑vs‑buy decisions, balancing internal development with third‑party integrations
• Mentor and support the growth of engineering peers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in mobile development
• Lead innovation efforts at the platform level, identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential to bring long‑term value
• Define and deliver strategic improvements to key engineering metrics and development processes
• Contribute directly to mobile architecture and implementation, ensuring robust solutions are consistently delivered

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep expertise in either Swift (i
  OS) or Android development, with a solid understanding of mobile application frameworks
• Strong decision‑making capabilities with the ability to justify and communicate architectural and technical choices
• Proven success in designing and delivering high‑impact business solutions from concept to launch
• Experience in driving technical vision and setting engineering standards within mobile teams
• A balance of hands‑on delivery with high‑quality standards and strategic oversight
• Demonstrated experience mentoring other engineers and supporting their technical growth
