Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate device fleet, including Mac, Android, i
  OS, mobile printers, and PDAs.
• Implement and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Airwatch, Jamf, and Intune, including
  - touch enrollment (Google Enterprise Recommended, Apple DEP).
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and process improvements.
• Provide technical support and resolve
  - related issues.
• Monitor and ensure the security and compliance of corporate devices and data.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate and optimize systems and processes.
• Document procedures, configurations, and device management policies.

Essential Skills

• 5–10 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Proven expertise in managing Mac, Android, i
  OS, mobile printers, and PDAs.
• Advanced knowledge of MDM platforms (Airwatch, Jamf, Intune).
• Strong scripting skills (Batch, Power
  Shell) and experience with tools like Script
  Runner.
• Solid understanding of mobile security and compliance policies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Resilience and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good English
