Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a diverse fleet of devices including Mac, Android, i
  OS, mobile printers, and PDAs;
• Implement and administer MDM solutions such as Airwatch, Jamf, and Intune, leveraging
  - touch deployment programs;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve processes and efficiency;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for managed devices;
• Monitor device security and ensure compliance with corporate data policies;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to optimize systems and processes;
• Document procedures, configurations, and device management policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Mac, Android, i
  OS, mobile printers, and PDAs;
• Advanced knowledge of MDM tools (e. g. , Airwatch, Jamf, Intune);
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash, Power
  Shell) and tools like Script
  Runner;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Knowledge of mobile device security and compliance policies;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Resilience and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred;
