- Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;



- Professional experience in similar roles;



- Experience in troubleshooting software, hardware, and operating systems (workstations and servers);



- Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), namely in the creation, installation, and distribution of applications for Windows systems, in the distribution of updates, Patch Tuesday, and Windows 11 Feature Updates, as well as in the distribution of operating systems through the creation of task sequences for OS Deployment;



- Solid knowledge of Intune, including Autopilot, MDM for Android and i
OS, and Security Baselines;



- Knowledge of SQL/Reporting SCCM or Intune;



- Proficiency in scripting (Powershell, Vbscript, Batch);



- Experience with Active
Directory;



- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMWare);



- Remote troubleshootingskills with end users;



- Ability to document procedures and share knowledge with other teams;



- Fluency in Portuguese and English;



- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills;



- Enjoy teamwork, challenges, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities - Third-line support integrated into Windows upgrade project;



- Workstation managementusing management tools;



- Resolution of more complex IT problems;



- Forwarding incidents to the corresponding internal and external teams. Work with
