Position Overview

This role involves helping consolidate and optimize collaboration within team. blue as it adopts Microsoft 365. You will design solutions, participate in daily operations, and guide migration and upgrade plans, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Responsibilities

1. Lead innovation, implementation, and structuring of Group IT services in collaboration with Azure & M365 teams.
2. Coordinate expectations with stakeholders including the CISO team, local IT departments, and Group IT management.
3. Maintain high security standards and monitoring around our 365 environments.
4. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for our M365 tenant, migrating from regional setups.

Upcoming Projects

1. Migrate Exchange mailboxes to the team. blue tenant.
2. Consolidate and optimize licenses across the group.
3. Enhance file collaboration within Share
   Point/One
   Drive.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Minimum three years of experience in an enterprise environment.
2. Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite; certifications are a plus.
3. Experience with Share
   Point and enterprise file collaboration solutions.
4. Passion for automation and
   - service solutions.
5. Self-sufficient, quick learner, with
   - solving skills.
6. Proactive with strong
   - user perspective.
7. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred

• Enterprise-scale experience with cloud/hybrid architectures, migrations, and related technologies.
