We are a growing [event management / venue operations / exhibitions] company based in Portugal. To support our expansion, we are implementing Momentus Technologies (formerly Ungerboeck) as our core platform for event and venue management. As there are no Momentus clients in Portugal yet, we are seeking an experienced professional to help us in this process, working with us either remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business teams in their daily use of the Momentus system and respond quickly to functional questions.
• Configure and parameterize the platform according to operational requirements (no custom development required).
• Translate event managers’ needs into concrete system settings and workflows.
• Manage system functionalities including layouts, custom fields, business rules, and permissions.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of configurations across the organization.
• Collaborate with the IT team on technical or structural issues.
• Deliver training sessions and build user competence within the organization.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the Momentus system.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise with Momentus Technologies (Ungerboeck), ideally in implementation, configuration, and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of event, venue, and operations management workflows (e. G. , functions, service requests, work orders).
• Ability to interpret operational requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Knowledge of advanced system features (layouts, custom fields, rules, permissions).
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and operational teams.
• Structured thinking, autonomy, and strong
  - solving orientation.
• Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus but not required).

Nice to Have

• Experience in change management and user adoption.
• Knowledge of API integrations or reporting tools.
• Background in event management, exhibitions, or hospitality sectors.
• Ability to work across multicultural teams.
