Monitoring & Support Engineer

Responsabilties:
- Proactively monitor both production and
- production environments. - Handle and resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents, logging and managing tickets.
- Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when required.
- Develop dashboards and monitoring plans for systems and production environments.
- Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical improvements.
- Keep operational documentation and monitoring guidelines up to date.
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Experience in IT support or operations (L1/L2).
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB.
- Skills in Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting (Bash, Power
Shell). - Experience with data integration and building interactive dashboards (ELK / Kibana / Grafana).
- Availability for
- call duties. - Fluency in French and Portuguese (mandatory).
