Given that, we are looking for a Monitoring of PV Plant Trainee - IEFP Internship Venda do Pinheiro to work based in our Venda do Pinheiro Office.

Responsibilities:

Manage information, complaints, appointments with customers, ensuring that topics are escalated and directed to the correct departments or areas;

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company’s products and services;

Provide information about the company’s products and Assist customers in understanding how these products can meet their energy needs;

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction;

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers;

Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Requirements :

Degree in electrical, mechanical, environmental, renewable energy or other technological engineering;

Eligible for IEFP internship – mandatory;

Strong
- solving abilities to address technical challenges promptly;

Ability to work in a
- paced,
- driven environment;

Proactivity, willingness to learn, and responsibility;

Interest in improving English skills.
