What You Will Do

• Configure and manage Dynatrace, including dashboard creation, log and metric analysis, alerting setup, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Handle advanced Dynatrace configurations such as Alerting Profiles, Problem Notifications, Events Extraction, Anomaly Detection, Service Detection, and Log Monitoring.
• Configure Grafana and datasources, customizing dashboards using Azure Monitor, Influx
  DB, SQL, PRTG, APIs, and other sources.
• Integrate Grafana with additional monitoring platforms.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI Desktop/Service and manipulate data using Power
  Query.
• Define backlog items, set sprint goals, and track progress.
• Research, test, and implement new monitoring and observability solutions.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure monitoring best practices.
• Implement automation solutions to optimize monitoring workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Power BI, and integrations with ITSM tools.
• Strong hands‑on experience operating and managing monitoring platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret monitoring data and correlate it with business insights.
• Strong analytical skills to identify improvements in the monitoring ecosystem.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex monitoring topics simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Available for a hybrid regime, 3 times per week at the office in Lisbon.
• Available for contract under a B2B model, mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools (e. g. , Azure Functions).
• Certifications in Grafana, Dynatrace, or Power BI.
• Experience with additional monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience in large‑scale, complex monitoring environments.
