Youropa Finance, a growing company in the credit brokerage sector, is looking for a dynamic and
- focused Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Porto.

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, fluent English, and a proactive mindset to support our local and international clients through the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to national and international clients throughout the mortgage process
• Manage applications and communicate with banking institutions
• Collect, organize, and validate client documentation
• Address questions and ensure clear and timely communication
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a focus on trust, care, and professionalism

Requirements

• Fluent in English in a professional context (mandatory)
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or
  - facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized,
  - oriented, and proactive
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus but not required
