Job Title: Freelance Motion Designer

We are seeking a bold, creative individual to help shape standout work for a global B2B tech brand. Your role will involve crafting versatile templates and content across regions, including 2D/3D motion, video, and other mediums that best tell the story.

Ownership and passion are essential at 1000heads. We look for freelancers with an insatiable drive to create
- winning, innovative campaigns.

Requirements

1. Creative ideation and design thinking, independently or as part of a team
2. Deliver storyboards, campaign visuals, and final assets that are on time, on brand, and visually compelling
3. Proficiency in After Effects (motion graphics) is essential
4. Stay current with social media platforms and industry trends
5. Collaborate with team members, client service, and community teams to deliver projects
6. Minimum 3+ years of design experience within social media
7. Experience in social media or creative agencies is highly desirable
8. Ability to understand design nuances across different languages (e. g. , Spanish, Portuguese, French) is preferred
9. Intrapreneurial,
   - player attitude, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
10. Passion for creativity and innovation
11. Flexible and adaptable to various brand styles
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
13. Design degree or equivalent preferred, but not essential
14. Good to excellent command of English, both spoken and written
