Hertz Ride, a premium international motorcycle rental brand, is looking for a new team member to join our Lisbon operation.

What’s the Role?

As a Motorcycle Service Representative, you’ll be on the
- line welcoming Riders from all over the world, managing the rental process from start to finish — from answering booking questions to handing over the keys and receiving the motorcycle upon return.

You'll be part of a
- knit team that ensures every Rider enjoys a smooth, safe, and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet Riders at
  - in and
  - out, providing clear explanations and support
• Manage reservations, contracts, and payments in our booking system (Rentway)
• Coordinate
  - ups and returns, ensuring motorcycles are clean and ready
• Perform basic vehicle checks and assist with documenting any damage
• Explain insurance options, legal requirements, and extras available
• Support administrative and logistics tasks related to daily station operations
• Promote additional services (e. g. gear, insurance, extras) — commissions apply

What We’re Looking For

• Valid motorcycle license (Category A) — mandatory
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service, tourism, retail or rental services
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, booking platforms, Excel, etc. )
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proactive,
  - on attitude and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
• Passion for motorcycles and interacting with people from all over the world
