Positive Objective

We are looking for a highly organized and
- focused Move Coordinator to oversee and manage international and domestic relocations. This role requires strong communication skills,
- solving ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire moving process.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the relocation journey.

Coordinate the full relocation process, from planning to final delivery.

Ensure that services are executed according to each client’s specific package and expectations.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.

Organize transportation logistics and itineraries.

Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers, managing bookings and negotiations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience working in international or multicultural environments.

Strong customer orientation and passion for service excellence.

Comfortable interacting with
- level clients, executives, and partners.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent
- solving and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) — mandatory .

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, international moving, or relocation services.

What we Offer

Annual gross salary : €21, 500

Health insurance (partially subsidized)

Office-based schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
