Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mulesoft Architect to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients across Europe.

This role can be performed remotely, or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Mulesoft Architect at Neotalent Conclusion, you will be responsible for designing and implementing
- grade integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. You will work closely with Solution Architects, product owners, and development teams to define integration strategies, design APIs, and ensure scalable, secure, and
- performing solutions. Beyond architecture, you will also act as a mentor to developers, contributing to building a strong integration practice across projects.

What you will do:

• Design and architect Mulesoft-based integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements;

• Define API-led connectivity layers (System, Process, and Experience APIs) to enable scalable and reusable integration;

• Configure Mulesoft software and guide custom code development to meet project requirements;

• Establish integration frameworks and best practices for performance, security, and maintainability;

• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions;

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to development teams;

• Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure smooth delivery in agile environments;

• Contribute to building and evolving the integration practice
- site, bringing innovation and improvement.

What you are like:

• 5+ years of
- on experience in software development and system integration;

• 3+ years of practical experience working with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform ;

• Strong knowledge of API design, networking components, and integration protocols (SOAP, REST, MQ, etc. );

• Familiar with RDBMs and at least one operating system;

• Experienced in agile methodologies like Scrum;

• Strong communicator, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and
- technical stakeholders;

• Proactive,
- driven, and comfortable in dynamic project environments;

• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
