Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mulesoft Developer to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients across Europe.

This role can be performed remotely, or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Mulesoft Developer at Neotalent Conclusion, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Mulesoft integration solutions, ensuring that applications and APIs are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (System, Process, and Experience layers);

• Configure software and implement custom code to meet business requirements;

• Participate in all phases of the API lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment;

• Apply best practices in performance optimization, error handling, and security;

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments (on-premises, Cloud
Hub, RTF);

• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation in integration delivery;

• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and other developers in agile projects.

What you are like:

• 5+ years of
- on experience in software development and integration;

• 3+ years of practical experience working with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform;

• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP services, and integration protocols (MQ, Kafka, etc. );

• Experience with at least one RDBMS and one operating system;

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure Dev
Ops, Git
Hub, Jenkins, etc. );

• Holder of Mulesoft Developer certifications (or equivalent experience);

• Experienced in agile methodologies like Scrum;

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders;

• Proactive,
- solver, and comfortable working in dynamic,
- paced environments;

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
