Customer Service Representative
Your role will be to provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Skills and Qualifications
- You are a native French speaker with excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike.
- You possess good level of English, which is beneficial but not mandatory.
- You are customer service oriented, proactive, and a team player, with a strong commitment to delivering
- quality results. - A sales or commercial background is a plus, as is previous experience in customer service or credit recovery.
Benefits
- You will receive a competitive salary of €890 gross per month, paid over 14 months, plus a complexity bonus of €200 per month and a performance bonus of up to €50 per month.
- Meal vouchers worth €7. 23 per working day will be provided, along with reimbursement of some transportation costs and private health insurance.
- If you live outside Portugal, you may be eligible for reimbursement of your initial flight ticket (up to €400) after four months of employment, as well as accommodation in a shared flat provided by the employer (rental fee to be paid).
About the Role
This is a temporary contract lasting six months, with working hours from Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9am and 7pm.
