About the Role

We’re seeking a Multidisciplinary Design Specialist to join our Cascais office, bringing expertise in 3D visualization, animation, video generation, creating articles and content creation. In addition you will be crafting compelling visual content for our social media and marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with our talented team to deliver photorealistic renderings, dynamic animations, and engaging digital assets that elevate Mar
Marine’s and its partners brands. You aspire to make the brand grow and develop innovative business solutions, creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for yacht exteriors, interiors, and aviation design projects.
• Create and edit
  - quality visual content for social media platforms (e. G. , Instagram, Linked
  In, You
  Tube, Facebook, X), including images, short videos, and motion graphics.
• Build and texture 3D models using
  - standard software, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic excellence.
• Experiment with AI-driven design tools (e. G. , Mid
  Journey, Stable Diffusion) to streamline workflows and innovate creative processes.
• Support photography and videography for marketing campaigns, including
  - site shoots at our Cascais studio or client locations. (Experience with mailchimp a plus).
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and external partners to align visuals with project goals and brand standards.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to tight deadlines in a
  - paced environment.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance Mar
  Marine’s visual storytelling and online presence.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (e. G. , Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Affinity) for content creation and editing.
• Experience with texturing tools like Substance Painter or Mari.
• Familiarity with animation pipelines, including rigging and keyframing.
• Knowledge of AI design tools or willingness to learn (e. G. , Mid
  Journey, Runway
  ML, DALL-E).
• Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and composition.
• Portfolio:
  
  A strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and social media content, ideally in luxury design or related fields.

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Adaptability to handle diverse tasks, from technical design to marketing content.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization, animation, or content creation, preferably in yacht, interior, or aviation design.
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken);
  
  English (written and spoken), and other languages a plus.
• Bonus Skills:
  
  Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or visual effects (e. G. , particle systems, simulations) is highly desirable. Experience in flying a drone for video capture over Land and Sea is a plus.
