About the Role: We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team in Lisbon as Content Moderators or Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will ensure

Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, social media).
- Document and report content or user issues clearly.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German/French/Italian/Romanian/Danish/Spanish and B2-C1 English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Comfortable working in a
- paced and evolving environment. - Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or digital platforms is a plus but not required
- High school completion diploma
- Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
