Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team. As a key member of our content review process, you will be responsible for validating written content for accuracy and quality.

Your responsibilities and impact:

• Validate all written content for accuracy and quality
• Contribute ideas to improve the quality of work
• Be part of a team making the world's information more accessible and useful
• Become an expert in advertisement content and provide advice on its accuracy and quality

Requirements and Skills:

• A native level of German and at least a C1 level of English
• Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support
• Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience
• An attentive listener with excellent communication skills
• Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach to work
• Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

What We Offer:

• Type of contract:
  
  unfixed term contract, 30 days probation period
• Working hours:
  
  full time (40h/week), shifts 24/7 Monday to Sunday on rotative shifts
• Salary conditions:
  
  €1458 base salary + performance bonus €120 from 4th full month + €300 loyalty bonus every 3 months + €3000 signing bonus + €7/day meal voucher
• Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN
• Relocation package of €400/month for the first 4 months
