About the Role

We are seeking talented and highly motivated multilingual professionals to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. We have multiple immediate openings across several key departments, focusing on customer interaction, financial operations, and content management.

This single application allows you to be considered for various specialized roles, including:

• Content Moderation Specialist
• Customer Service Representative
• Social Media Support Agent
• Junior/Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist

All positions are
- time and based
- site in our modern Porto offices.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on the Role)

• Managing and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (Customer Service & Social Media).
• Reviewing and ensuring platform content adheres to guidelines and policies (Content Moderation).
• Managing financial processes from order fulfillment to cash collection (O2C Specialist roles).
• Providing
  - quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all channels.

What We're Looking For

The primary requirement for all these roles is fluency in one or more of the following languages in addition to English:

• Italian
• German
• Romanian
• French
• Dutch
• Danish

Mandatory Requirements:

• Native or C1+ fluency in at least one required language (Italian, German, Romanian, French, Dutch, Danish).
• Professional working proficiency (B2/C1+) in English.
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work
  - site in Porto, Portugal.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Operations, Finance, or Content Review is a strong asset, especially for Senior roles.
• EU work authorization is preferred.
