As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are strengthening our Recruitment Team and looking for motivated and experienced Recruiters who speaks French, Italian, or Portuguese to help us find top talent across Europe.

What You'll Do

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment processes for international clients
• Source and screen candidates across various job portals and platforms
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Work from our office in 
  Lisbon
  , or in 
  Braga/Porto
   (for French market candidates)
• Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic team

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in 
  French, Italian, Portuguese
   or excellent 
  English
• Minimum 
  C1 level in English
   (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in recruitment
   (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Available to work 
  
  - site
   or in a 
  hybrid
   model
• A team player with a passion for people and talent acquisition
