Mission of the Functional Support Analyst

The support analyst will operate under the supervision of a support leader to:

• Support Murex Front Office users: assist users worldwide (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance) with responsiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor and follow up on the Murex Production chain (End of Day Reporting, Performance optimization, Process securitization & robustness).
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with the Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams.
• Regularly communicate production status to Murex clients, ensure service quality, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support team.

Qualifications

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets products.
• First experience in the financial industry as a business/support analyst on system processes related to the mentioned products.
• Experience in
  - office or
  - office areas.
• Additional knowledge in trading, trade reporting, or trade booking systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Interest in financial markets.
• Motivation to gain more experience and extend business knowledge.
• Rigor and methodology in investigation phases and analytical capacity.
