TISA Lisbon is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher with strong piano skills to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate is passionate about music education, enjoys working with children across primary and middle school levels, and can create a joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and
  - appropriate music lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
• Teach basic to intermediate piano skills, music theory, and performance techniques.
• Organize student performances, concerts, and school events.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the arts team to integrate music into transdisciplinary units.
• Inspire students to express themselves creatively and confidently through music.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music Education or related field.
• Proven experience teaching music to children (ages 4–12); IB experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in piano (ability to teach and accompany students).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for international education and cultural diversity.
• Candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
