We are looking for a Senior My
SQL / Oracle Database Administrator who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Braine L'Alleud, Belgium.

Eligibility:

Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.

Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.

Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor database system performance and implement measures to ensure high availability and optimal operation .

Define and execute backup strategies and disaster recovery plans .

Lead the upgrade and patching strategy for all database and BI stack components , including:

Oracle Analytics

Web
Logic , Apache , Tomcat

OBIEE , ODI , Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)

Select and implement DB infrastructure configurations aligned with business/technology needs.

Perform routine installations, configurations, backups in both
- premise and cloud environments.

Develop and configure automation tools for DBA operations.

Ensure software versions remain current and manage product lifecycle.

Monitor performance statistics and deliver detailed reporting .

Provide 24/7 monitoring and operational support for all assigned DB platforms under Platform-as-a-Service (Paa
S).

Technical Requirements:

Mandatory:

Solid
- on experience with at least two of the following:

Oracle , My
SQL Server , Postgre
SQL

Deep knowledge of My
SQL HA/DR solutions , including:

Inno
DB Cluster / Replica
Set / Cluster
Set , My
SQL Replication

Proven experience with Oracle BI tools :

OBIEE , ODI , OAS

Proficiency with ORDS , Apache HTTP Server , Tomcat

Strong experience with Linux/UNIX and Microsoft Windows Server environments

Expertise in HA/DR architectures , including clustering and virtual infrastructure
