Join our international Customer Service team in Braga, where you will support French‑speaking customers with care and professionalism. This position offers a permanent contract, a friendly work environment, and the opportunity to work from home after the first month of on‑site training.

Location: Braga, Portugal – 1 month on‑site training, then work from home.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts). Days off: Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation:

• 880 per month × 14 months
• 140 per month × 12 months (performance/meal allowance or bonus)

Contract Type: Permanent contract (includes 3‑month trial period).

Language Requirement:

• Native or C2‑level French required (no accent)
• English not required

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat from French‑speaking customers.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a high service quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.
