Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer support to German or French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist customers with
   - related questions, service inquiries, and account issues
3. Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
4. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
6. Maintain
   -
   - date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
7. Deliver customer service in line with the company's standards and policies

Requirements:

1. Native speaker of German or French (required)
2. Good level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
3. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
4. Excellent communication and
   - solving skills
5. Ability to work in a
   - oriented environment
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Flexibility to work shifts and meet customer needs
