At Devoteam we are looking for a (Senior) Service
Now Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining innovative Service
Now solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
What will you do:
You translate complex customer requirements into functional and technical Service
Now solutions. You implement and configure various Service
Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSDM and Custom App Development. You develop and maintain integrations with other
- critical systems. You solve technical problems and optimize the performance of Service
Now. You work closely with customers, business consultants and developers to deliver the best possible solutions. We find cooperation very important. As a senior you share your expertise and guide medior and junior consultants. You organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to further improve the user experience and adoption of the Service
Now platform. You will support our Service
Now developers as well as our project and commercial teams with designing Service
Now solutions and making cost and effort estimates. You make recommendations for effective and
- efficient workflows. At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Service
Now consultant. CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a must. Service
Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB). Strong knowledge of scripting in Service
Now (Javascript, Angular JS, JQuery, JSON). ITIL certification is a plus. Knowledge of SECOPS is a plus. Fluent in English. You are a strong communicator and team player. You are analytical,
- solving and
