Now Business Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into powerful Service
Now solutions, influencing design, functionality, and adoption from the start.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear Service
Now specifications. - Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX.
- Contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.
- Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
- Promote adoption and best practices for Service
Now usage.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Service
Now BA or Consultant. - Strong understanding of Service
Now capabilities and modules. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL or Service
Now certifications are a plus. - Fluent in English.
