Job Description

At Devoteam, we’re building a
- new Service
Now nearshore hub in Portugal to support our European operations. We’re looking for a Senior Service
Now Developer ready to design, build, and optimize impactful solutions from day one.

What You’ll Do

Develop and customize Service
Now applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.

Build and maintain integrations with critical business systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve platform performance.

Collaborate closely with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver
- quality solutions.

Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Service
Now Developer.

Solid understanding of Service
Now architecture and module configuration.

English fluency and strong teamwork skills.
