We are looking for our next Service
Now developer:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
  
  
  
  
• Relevantworkexperience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
  
  
  
  
• Previousexperience working as a Service
  Now Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects;
  
  
  
  
• Familiarity with
  - specific applications of Service
  Now (e. G. , HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management);
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in Service
  Now platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM);
  
  
  
  
• Experience with Service
  Now development, including customization and configuration of Service
  Now applications;
  
  
  
  
• Strong skillsin Java
  Script, HTML, CSS, and Angular
  JS;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with other scripting languages like Glide
  Script and Jelly;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods;
  
  
  
  
• Experience inintegrating Service
  Now with
  - party applications and tools;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in working with Service
  Now data, including data import, export, and manipulation;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with Service
  Now data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database);
  
  
  
  
• Experience increating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of Service
  Now Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills to address complex technical challenges;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
  
  
  
  
• Experience inmanaging and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and Service
  Now solutions;
  
  
  
  
• Experience ingathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
  
  
  
  
• Certification: Service
  Now Certified System Administrator;
  
  
  
  Service
  Now Certified Application Developer.
• Fluent in English.
