We are seeking a Lead [dot]NET Developer to join our team at a leading European bank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing software development life cycle processes. You will leverage your expertise to influence architecture and technology choices while guiding a talented team. - Ensure adherence to banking regulations and
- Analyze requirements and propose effective
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in [dot]NET
- Over 1 year of leadership experience managing development
- Background in investment banking
- Expertise in C# programming
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of

- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
