- Organise around weekly established priorities (in a Kanban-like process) with the flexibility to shift focus whenever
- Design and build
- stack systems, from backend services in Go to
- end features in Vue, in close collaboration with teams from multiple backgrounds (site reliability, operations, data engineering, . . . )- Work with (and help introduce where needed) solid software development practices across the
- Properly test and document software (existing or new)- Follow established processes in an opinionated manner, helping to improve them where
- Troubleshoot live issues across the whole stack and support other teams using the software your team
- Learn new practices, and embrace new challenges and processes
What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- Strong development experience with Golang (or similar typed languages) and experience building
- end applications with Vue- Sharp UI/UX acumen, with proven
- Comfortable working in a Linux/mac
OS development
- Drive for observability, monitoring, and improving existing alarms for maximum system
- Basic knowledge of source control versioning (Git knowledge is desirable)- Understanding of the full software lifecycle, including planning, analysis and design, implementation, testing, deployment, and
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various stakeholders in a dynamic, changing
- Good written and spoken English skills
The following are desirable, but not critical:
- Experience with production system
- Prior experience with large scale
