? About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced. NET Operate/Support Lead to join a critical project in Lisbon, providing support and enhancements for local business applications. The role requires a proactive leader to manage incident response, change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and guide a technical team in a
- demand environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Management, Service Requests, Change Management, Problem Resolution, and preventive/corrective actions
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to the Operate team
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve application issues and manage SLA/KPI performance
• Ensure clear communication with business users, Country IT, and Shared Country Leads
• Contribute to outage assessments and provide
  - specific insights
• Identify and implement service improvements
• Manage and present weekly/monthly service review reports for stakeholders

? Ideal Candidate Profile

Seeking a professional with technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills:

Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English

Strong experience with. NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL processes

Solid background in ITIL-based operations and process implementation

Proven team management, reporting, and vendor coordination skills

Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning

Skills in Risk Management, escalation handling, and customer communication
