The. NET Operate/ Support Lead activity:

• Responsible for delivering Incident, Service Req, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective action Management services, and Enhancement Services for applications in scope of the contract
• Work allocation and guidance to the Operate team (technical/process)
• Follow-up with Operate teams to identify and resolve problems with local applications
• Vendor coordination for application issues and upgrades, including SLA/KPI management and reporting
• Provide timely communication to users, Country IT, and Shared Country Lead regarding all aspects of Operate services
• Ensure provision of application and business
  - specific input to assist the Incident Management Team during major outage communications
• Identify and implement service improvement opportunities

Start date: from 21st July 2025

Who are we looking for

• Proficient in Portuguese and good communication skills with Business users
• Technical skills include. NET, SQL Server, SSIS, ETL
• Strong team management, stakeholder, reporting, and leadership skills
• Strong ITIL knowledge and process implementation experience
• Disaster recovery and business continuity experience
• Experience in weekly and monthly service review reporting
• Risk management & escalation handling experience
• Ability to interact with customers and manage expectations
• Coordinate with team and
  - party suppliers for issue management and software upgrades
