As a Full Stack Developer (. NET | React | SQL) at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and web applications using. NET (C#), React, and SQL to support critical hospital systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and
  - friendly solutions.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and security by following best practices in backend and frontend development, including data protection and compliance with healthcare regulations (e. G. GDPR, HIPAA).
• Maintain and optimize existing codebases, participate in code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
• Integrate
  - party services and
  - specific systems (e. G. , patient management, scheduling, and diagnostic platforms) via secure APIs and standardized protocols.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and the continuous improvement of software delivery processes, including Dev
  Ops and CI/CD practices.
• Document systems, procedures, and code to ensure maintainability and effective knowledge transfer within a multidisciplinary team.

? About You

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have solid experience in
  - stack development using. NET (C#), React, and SQL Server (or other relational databases).
• You are confident building and consuming RESTful APIs, and have a good grasp of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
• You’re experienced in frontend frameworks and understand modern state management,
  - based architecture, and responsive design.
• You have an understanding of software security principles, especially in sensitive environments like healthcare.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in regulated sectors.
