‍‍ As a Full Stack Developer (. NET | React | SQL) at Ivy Partners, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and web applications using. NET (C#), React, and SQL to support critical hospital systems and workflows.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and
- friendly solutions.

Ensure application performance, uptime, and security by following best practices in backend and frontend development, including data protection and compliance with healthcare regulations (e. g. GDPR, HIPAA).

Maintain and optimize existing codebases, participate in code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability and maintainability.

Integrate
- party services and
- specific systems (e. g. , patient management, scheduling, and diagnostic platforms) via secure APIs and standardized protocols.

Contribute to architecture decisions and the continuous improvement of software delivery processes, including Dev
Ops and CI/CD practices.

Document systems, procedures, and code to ensure maintainability and effective knowledge transfer within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if:

You have solid experience in
- stack development using. NET (C#), React, and SQL Server (or other relational databases).

You are confident building and consuming RESTful APIs, and have a good grasp of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.

You’re experienced in frontend frameworks and understand modern state management,
- based architecture, and responsive design.

You have an understanding of software security principles, especially in sensitive environments like healthcare.

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in regulated sectors.
