As a Software Engineer, you will play an important role in building and maintaining our core applications and infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will apply your SQL skills to support the design and optimization of our data models and help ensure efficient data management. You will work closely with
- functional teams to deliver

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize your deep SQL expertise to design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our system design on Azure.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Write clean,
  - documented, and testable code.
• Contribute to and utilize Azure Dev
  Ops for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Work with and deploy applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Azure and related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a significant focus on backend development.
• Good experience with C# and. NET.
• Expertise in SQL, including database design, query optimization, performance tuning, and working with relational database management systems (e. g. , SQL Server, Azure SQL Database).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a scrum team.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Compute and Data services, Integration services (e. g. , Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git).
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops for CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with AKS.
• Experience with. NET Framework.
• Front-end experience (Angular/React, Java
  Script, Type
  Script).
• Front-end accessibility programming experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Unit4 ecosystem (IDS, Disco, TMS, TAS, etc. ).
• Experience with Unit4 Baseline Methodology.
