.NET Software Engineer

Role Summary
This position is for the Platform, which processes millions of CVs and jobs daily, helping to match people with the best opportunities possible. While the team is currently based in the US, development coverage is expanding to EMEA, where the Product team is also located. The team follows the principle of “you build it, you run it, ” meaning you’ll be responsible for development, deployment, and day‑to‑day operational tasks. The position is remote, but there is a small office in Porto where you are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Work in a small team of 2 to 3 Software Engineers, alongside a Product Manager, maintaining and expanding the TX Platform.
- Work in an agile environment, developing features and leveraging CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy the product.
- Monitor the day‑to‑day performance of the platform, proactively tackling operational problems when necessary.
- Partner with product and other engineering teams to discuss the best implementation for features and integrate with other products.
- Partner with technical customer‑facing teams to troubleshoot problems.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience with. Net technologies, including C# and SQL Server.
- Experience working in a Dev
Ops environment, including CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with creating and maintaining services running on Kubernetes in the public cloud.
- Experience working with Scrum/Agile.
- Leveraging observability tooling (ELK, Grafana) to monitor performance.
- Great analytical skills for troubleshooting potential problems.
- Willingness to work on small UI items (Angular) when needed to maintain the account management portal.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS, Gitlab CI/CD, AI code assistants.
