What we’re looking for:

Experience in technical leadership of. NET development teams in corporate projects;

Over 5 years of experience in backend development with. NET Core and microservices architecture;

Experience in architecture definition, API design, and technical documentation;

Integration of solutions with messaging services (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, Service
Bus);

Implementation of
- based solutions (Azure) and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C);

Experience in leading technical teams in agile and collaborative environments;

Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism;

Critical thinking and strong
- solving skills;

Ability to mentor and support talent development, promoting best practices and skills growth;

Strong sense of responsibility and
- oriented approach;

Strategic thinking, aligning technical decisions with a medium/long-term vision.
