Role Overview

The Net
Suite Administrator will work within the Commercial Systems unit, collaborating across five engineering teams. The Business Systems team manages Net
Suite, Salesforce, and other systems, and focuses on implementing business processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a first‑class user experience for Canonical employees.

Location

This role is based remotely in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions in Net
  Suite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
• Learn and document Canonical business processes.
• Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback based on seniority.
• Develop and evangelize excellent engineering and organizational practices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path.
• Track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
• Experience with Net
  Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Result‑oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Performance engineering and security experience.
• Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
